Shipping:

We ship all U.S. orders from California within 72 hours of receiving them by UPS Ground Service. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Once shipped it takes about 2 working days to reach areas in the West, Midwest 3-4 days, Eastern U.S. 5-6 days. Please no PO Box numbers!

We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Canadian orders should arrive about 5-7 days after processing.

Returns:

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Container must be in new condition, with the seal under the plastic cap intact. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds for returns will be made by crediting the credit card you used to make the purchase. Refused deliveries will incur similar charges.
