SHIPPING POLICY: We will ship most orders within 72 hours of receipt. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. All orders going to the Continental U.S. are shipped via UPS ground. It takes about 2 working days to reach areas in the West, Midwest 3-4 days, Eastern U.S. and Canada 5-6 days. Please no PO Box numbers!
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and P.O. boxes can be used. Orders shipped in this manner may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.
RETURNS: We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Containers must be in new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds for returns will be made to the credit card account you used to make the purchase. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery date will not be credited.
PRIVACY and SECURITY: You can shop with confidence on our web site. Your personal information will never be shared with any other business or agency except in the case of a lawful court order. From time to time we send email to our customers promoting discount offers and other web sites we own and operate.
